The Red Ring of Death
For a guy who doesn't use his Xbox ever, it was pretty discouraging to turn mine on yesterday to experience the general hardware failure I had read about a couple years ago when these things launched. We just had to send our Lifestyle console in as well. Console repairs and failure rates are pretty interesting from a product management/business problem standpoint - but they suck as a user.
Ugh.
